To maintain the shine, avoid contact with water, perfumes, and lotions. Store your pieces in the provided Humaiyra pouch or a cool, dry place when not in use.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for domestic orders. International shipping times vary by location but generally range from 7-14 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.
Do you offer a warranty on your pieces?
Yes, we provide a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not include accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or improper care.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.
