At Humaiyra Jewellery, we want you to be completely enchanted by your purchase; if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your unworn pieces within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization code.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the jewellery in its original branded velvet box and secure it within a protective shipping mailer to ensure it reaches us in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label and drop off the package at your nearest authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a proof of postage.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
